Krissica’s life’s calling is to help students and professionals live their lives in purpose and on purpose by helping them identify and develop their unique gifts, talents, and passions.

Krissica is an educator and coach, with expertise in leading students, athletes, and jr. level professionals through workshops, private coaching, and social impact work.

As a proud Henderson State University and St. Edward’s University alum with a B.A. in Political Science and Masters in College Student Development, Krissica is has had opportunities to speak at Henderson State University, McLennan Community College, School Districts across Texas, and TRiO/AVID Programs. She has also been featured on Podcast, Central Texas radio stations, and other notable community publications.

Currently, Krissica is the founder of two not-for-profits: 1) Court 31, a program focused on improving the lives of girls + women through spiritual, professional, and athletic development and 2) Fades & Grades, an initiative that connects under-resourced males with local barbers to improve academics & classroom behavior. She is also a personal and professional development coach helping women and professionals navigate their life goals.

As as servant-leader, Krissica’s focus is on purpose & vision. She believes in partnering with others to design the best solutions according to the internal and innate talents and skill sets of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Krissica credits her success to God, her family, and the many educators, coaches and mentors who have loved and supported her.
